BACKGROUND OF BARANGAY

Santa Filomena II, formerly Poblacion, is a barangay in the municipality of Bacarra, in the province of Ilocos Norte. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 344. This represented 1.03% of the total population of Bacarra.
